Transfer pricing is a heavily litigated, high-stakes area of tax law where large corporations often have to defend their transactions with related companies (parents and subsidiaries). The IRS and tax authorities around the world have become increasingly aggressive in this area.  In ongoing transfer pricing cases, some of the largest US taxpayers (Coca-Cola, Microsoft, 3M, Airbnb) have billions of dollars on the line: Coke is currently appealing a $9B transfer pricing judgment to the Eleventh Circuit.

Join TaxFin and Larissa Neumann, one of the world’s leading transfer pricing advisors (International Tax Review), for an introduction to transfer pricing and the pivotal role that the taxpayer’s story can play in these high-stakes tax controversies.

RSVP at bit.ly/storyintax. Lunch will be served!
