October 23, 2026
12:15 pm - 1:20 pm
Langdell Hall; 225 Vorenberg Classroom - North
Join the Federalist Society and the American Constitution Society for a conversation with Professor Zambrano and Professor Wu about the role of private law in vindicating rights, remedying wrongs, and holding powerful actors accountable. From tort liability and damages to injunctions and equitable relief, private law provides an array of remedies that raise fundamental questions about the relationship between individual rights, judicial power, and government accountability. Lunch will be served.
