Join us to discuss how Brazil’s Supreme Court is reshaping online speech in the wake of the suspension of X (formerly Twitter) and ongoing disputes over hate speech, disinformation and platform liability.
Drawing on Professor Ivar Hartmann’s research, with comments from Professor Marshall Van Alstyne, we will examine what a court‑centric model of platform governance means for accountability, free expression, and the future of regulation in Brazil – and what lessons this offers for other countries.
