Pathways for Diverse Data in AI: A conversation with Professor Ruth Okediji, moderated by Amanda Watson

Coinciding with Open Access Week, Institutional Data Initiative at Harvard Law School Library is hosting a conversation between Professor Ruth Okediji and Assistant Dean Amanda Watson to discuss opportunities and hurdles for greater diversity in data and its critical importance for the development of AI. The conversation will explore these topics with a particular focus on the importance of data accessibility for African representation and sovereignty in AI.

Amanda Watson is the Assistant Dean of Library and Information for Harvard Law School.
