Amy Laura Cahn, Esq. (she/they) has dedicated her career to environmental justice lawyering. She is a Special Assistant Attorney General in the Energy and Environment Bureau at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, where she works on environmental and climate justice in the AGO’s federal matters. Previously, Amy Laura had spent over a decade working with community-based nonprofits and in academia. In conversation with the Environmental Law Society, Amy Laura will discuss her experience as an environmental justice lawyer, the history of EJ lawyering, and current challenges to the movement.
