JOL Symposium – Morning Keynote: “Perspective on Public Protection and Private Practice” with Former NJ Attorney General Matthew Platkin

Please join the Harvard Journal on Legislation for our annual symposium, this year entitled Filling the Breach: States’ Role in Protecting Consumers Amid Federal Administrative and Judicial Pullback. Over the course of the day, speakers will discuss the role of federalism in consumer protection law.

The morning keynote, Perspective on Public Protection and Private Practice, will be given by Matthew Platkin, Attorney General of New Jersey from 2022 to 2026 and now the principal of Platkin LLP.
