Please join the Harvard Journal on Legislation for our annual symposium, this year entitled Filling the Breach: States’ Role in Protecting Consumers Amid Federal Administrative and Judicial Pullback. Over the course of the day, speakers will discuss the role of federalism in consumer protection law.

The lunch keynote, Where Consumer Protection Goes Next, will be given by Rohit Chopra, Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau from 2021 to 2025. Moderating this conversation will be Sharon Block, Professor of Practice and Executive Director of the Center for Labor and a Just Economy at Harvard Law School.
