We would like to invite you all to learn about McKool Smith from New York to Dallas, and what it’s like to work at a national commercial/IP trial litigation firm! Join us alongside Richard Kamprath and Eliza Beeney of McKool Smith, on Wednesday, November 20th, from 12:20-01:15pm in WCC 1015. Richard Kamprath is a trial lawyer at McKool’s Dallas office who specializes in patent infringement and high-technology cases. Eliza Beeney is a commercial litigator at the New York office, who’s IP experience ranges from patent, trademark and copyright infringement, antitrust, and indemnification claims. This will be a chance to hear from practicing IP litigators and ask questions you may have regarding their journeys or substantive work. Lunch will be provided!
