Inequality, Access to Justice, and the Rule of Law

Presented in collaboration with the American Academy of Arts & Sciences, Equal Justice Works, the Association of American Law Schools, and the Center on the Legal Profession, this conference will bring together over 150 thought leaders from law, business, government, civil society, and academia to discuss the systemic and reinforcing relationship between societal inequality and access to justice. The event will include a framing session on the main drivers of inequality in the U.S. and the world, followed by a discussion on how access to justice is both impacted by and contributes to those socioeconomic divides.
