The panel will discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with policy and regulatory experimentation approaches to emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and virtual reality, among others. It will examine strategies for enhancing policy innovation and building trust between public and private actors. The discussion will also explore the impact of regulatory experimentation on both the European regulatory landscape and low- and middle-income economies. Specifically, the panel will focus on regulatory sandboxes and policy prototyping as methods to address the rapidly changing technological landscape of today’s era.
