Join the Harvard European Law Association for a conversation with economist Jan Eeckhout. Professor Jan Eeckhout is the author of “The Profit Paradox: How Thriving Firms Threaten the Future of Work” in which he investigates how a handful of companies have reaped technological advancements and use their market power to increase prices and hurt average workers. Professor Eeckhout will discuss topical issues such as innovation, inequality, and inflation, and shed new light on legal questions with his economic expertise.
