Deprogramming Property w/Prof. Yochai Benkler

Each year the LPE Student Association asks professors to give hourlong lunchtime talks with a critical lens on how the law is shaped by, and in turn shapes, who has and does not have political and economic power. Our goal is to give students strategies and intellectual structures to challenge status quo systems of power in the 1L curriculum and other foundational courses, as well as to imagine what a legal curriculum that achieves racial, economic, and social justice would look like. Lunch will be served.
