Anita Spieth (HLS ’09) is a partner at Choate, Hall, & Stewart and head of Choate’s intellectual property litigation department. She litigates primarily patent and trade secret disputes in federal and state courts across the country. She participates in international patent disputes and international patent strategy development. She also lectures on intellectual property at UMass Amherst and lives in Lincoln, MA with her family.
