Bachata in Bloom: Spring Dance Party

Get ready to shine! The Student Center Social Fellows invite you to one of the best events of the year—our annual Spring Dance Party! This year, we’re turning up the heat with Bachata in Bloom, so dress to impress and let’s dance the night away!

• When: Saturday, April 18, 2026
• Where: The Commons at Lehman Hall
• Who: Open to Harvard Graduate Students and one guest (must buy one ticket per person).
• Time: 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (No entry after 9:30 p.m.)
• Ticket Release: Friday, April 3, 2026 @ 5 p.m.
• Tickets Price: $10 Tickets go on sale 5pm Friday, April 3, 2026. There are no transfers or refunds.

Event Schedule:

• 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Bachata dance lesson led by Lumyr Derisier
• 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – DJ, food, and photo booth fun

You can join for part or all of the event as your schedule allows!

No prior bachata dance experience required — everyone’s welcome to participate in the dance lesson!

FAQs:

• What does my ticket include? Admission includes 2 free drinks (cash bar available), hot and cold appetizers, dance lesson, DJ, and an unlimited photobooth.
• Dress code: Cocktail attire, or anything that feels right for a spring dance! See photos from last year here!
• Drink Tickets: All attendees must be 21 years and older. Bartenders will be asking for government ID for alcohol consumption. Please bring a physical copy of your government ID.*Admission includes 2 free drinks (cash bar available)

Photography Statement: Please note that this event will be photographed and recorded by our official Student Photographer. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographer immediately. Thank you!
