Prerequisites: Admission is by permission of the instructors, but students with and without prior training in philosophy are encouraged to apply. Applicants should submit a CV and a very brief statement of interest, noting relevant background or interests, to Maureen Worth (mworth@law.harvard.edu). The recommended deadline for consideration is July 29th, but applications may be considered on a rolling basis.

This workshop will examine new ideas at the intersection of law and philosophy. The workshop will meet weekly and will focus on discussion of pre-circulated working papers presented by their authors. Open to HLS students as well as graduate students in philosophy, political theory, or related fields.
