This workshop will examine new ideas at the intersection of law and philosophy. The workshop will meet weekly and will focus on discussion of pre-circulated working papers presented by their authors.

Open to HLS students as well as graduate students in Philosophy and Political Theory. Graduate students in other programs who are working in moral, political, or legal theory are also welcome.
