What forms of payment do you accept?

The only form of payment we accept is a 33-digit Harvard University billing code. This means that we are only able to complete requests for faculty, staff offices within the law school, student organizations, and other Harvard departments.

What file format do you prefer?

We accept all file formats. If possible it’s best to send us a Adobe PDF file as well as the original/native file when submitting your job.

I’m making a poster. What size should it be?

Standard poster size is 11×17” and prints on glossy cardstock. Though we can resize the image in-house, it’s best to send us a PDF file with the image scaled to how large you would like it to appear when printed.

I need to have a foam board made. What’s the largest board you can make?

The largest boards we carry are 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3ft x 4ft).

I’m still unsure of what product and finishing will best suit my project’s needs. What should I do?

Feel free to send us an email, or if you’d like to see some samples in person, stop by the Copy Center anytime during our hours (9am – 5pm). Even if you don’t know exactly what you want, we can usually figure it out for you!

I’m a student and I need something printed, copied, scanned, or faxed. Can the Copy Center assist me?

Yes, the Copy Center can assist you if the project is for Student Org or Student Journal that has a Harvard 33 digit billing code.

However, if this is a personal job, you will need to use the student copying and printing facilities, located on the HLS Campus.
