The Alumni Relations Team has secured a limited number of rooms at preferred rates for HLS alumni attending reunion weekend at the hotels listed below. Please note that once these designated rooms are filled, additional accommodations may still be available at the hotels, but at their standard rates.

For your convenience, we have also included a list of other recommended hotels in Cambridge and nearby towns you may wish to consider. In addition, Exclusive Harvard Discounted Hotels for alumni are available!

Fall Reunion Special Rates & Offers

  • HLS Special Discount Rate Booking Link
    • Notes: HLS Reunion guests will receive a special 20% discount on the best room rates available at the time of reservation. Room rates may fluctuate depending on availability and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Reservation: All reservations must be made by contacting The Atlas Hotel directly via the special rate booking link or calling the hotel directly and mentioning code HRVDA.
  • Cancellation policy: Guests may modify or cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a charge equal to one night’s room and tax.
  • Parking: Self-service garage and valet parking are available. Please contact the hotel directly at 617-214-3344 for rates.

  • Cancellation Policy: 24 hours prior to your booking arrival date. Please reference your reservation details.

  • Valet-only parking overnight: $65 per car (rate subject to change without notice).

  • Reservation: All reservations must be made by contacting the DoubleTree directly via the special rates booking link with the corporate account code: 0550000310.
    • Once you have selected your intended nights, click “Special rates” and verify that the corporate account code: 0550000310 has been applied.
    • If calling the DoubleTree hotel to make your reservation, mention you’re attending a “Harvard Event” and would like to use the Harvard preferred rate and provide the corporate account code.
  • Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to the date of your reservation arrival. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, please call the hotel directly.
  • Parking: $47 per day for self-parking overnight, Harvard affiliates are eligible for a reduced rate at $39 per night. Valet parking is not available. (Rate subject to change without notice).

    • $409 per night (excludes taxes and fees)
    • The hotel reserves the right to close the rate once they have reached 90% occupancy for the hotel.
    • Once the HLS group rate only block is filled, please contact the hotel directly to inquire about additional availability. The Harvard Square Hotel will track names on a waitlist.
  • Reservation: All reservations must be made by contacting the Harvard Square Hotel directly via the booking link (code applied 615610) or referring to the group name HLS Fall Reunion 2026 when calling 617-864-5200 or 800-458-5886 or emailing reservations@harvardsquarehotel.com.
  • Cancellation policy: 48 hours in advance of arrival. If cancelling within 48 hours, then one night’s room and tax will be charged.
    • If your plans have changed and you no longer require hotel accommodation at the Harvard Square Hotel, please let the hotel know as soon as possible so other alumni may be taken off the waitlist.
  • Cutoff date: Based on available inventory.
  • Self-Parking: $50 for overnight (rate subject to change without notice).

Harvard University’s Strategic Procurement Office has negotiated with local hotels in the Cambridge/Boston area for exclusive Harvard-only discounted hotel rates that are available for faculty, staff, alumni and affiliates of Harvard!
