Biography

Erin Walczewski is a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School, where she has co-taught both the Problem Solving Workshop and Innovation in Legal Education and Practice since 2014.

Ms. Walczewski is a practicing attorney with Cooley LLP with expertise in startup and emerging company legal work, venture capital financing, and attorney development within the legal profession. She currently serves as Cooley’s firmwide Manager of Professional Development, creating curriculum for attorneys and teaching both skills-based courses and substantive law. She is also a contributing editor of The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Business Law, 5th edition (2016).

Ms. Walczewski has been the Director of the Kirkland Pre-Law Program at Harvard College since 2008, and from 2010 to 2012 also taught negotiation as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center. In addition to negotiation, she frequently presents on entrepreneurship, attorney development, and professional communication. She graduated valedictorian from Truman State University with a B.S. in political science and holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
