Kristin FlowerAssistant Director of Faculty Affairs
As Assistant Director of Faculty Affairs, Kristin manages a variety of faculty facing projects and policy matters, serves as the school's liaison to the ABA and AALS, and manages the school's institutional reporting. With over twelve years of experience in academic administration at the Law School, she has previously served as Administrative Director of the First-Year Problem Solving Workshop Program and Special Assistant to the Dean and Administrative Director of the HLS Dean's Office. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Psychology from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Music from UMass Amherst.
Thomas GracaAssistant Dean of Academic and Faculty Affairs
Tom Graca is the Assistant Dean for Faculty and Academic Affairs at Harvard Law School. He has over fifteen years of experience in higher education teaching, research, and administration. Tom has a law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and a Doctor of Education degree in higher education from Texas A&M University at Commerce.
Lisa LangoneAcademic Affairs Coordinator
Lisa brings a communications background to OAA, possessing a unique blend of agency, government, corporate and non-profit sector experience. She started her career at a top 10 global PR firm, working in both the U.K. and Boston offices. Most recently she was a spokesperson for the Massachusetts Port Authority, where she was a trusted source of information 24/7 for Boston Logan International Airport, Cruiseport Boston, the Tobin Bridge, and other properties in both crisis and non-crisis situations. Prior to that, she spent time in the Washington D.C. Press Office of Sen. Ted Kennedy. Before that, she served on the presidential campaign for Sen. John Kerry, as part of his National Advance Staff. Lisa holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Boston University.
Miriam LeighInformation Systems Manager, Faculty Affairs
Miriam Leigh manages faculty information, the content of the online faculty directory available to the public and the internal web portal that faculty use for their administrative tasks. Before joining the Office of Academic Affairs, she worked in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and in the Harvard College Library. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from McGill University and a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Simmons College.

April PettitAssistant Director of Academic Affairs
As Assistant Director of Academic Affairs, April works on a number of academic policy and curriculum-related projects, as well as manages the first-year Problem Solving Workshop and facilitates the Law School's Programs of Study initiatives. April previously served as the Workshop Coordinator for the HLS Negotiation Workshop academic courses, and was an Event Operations Supervisor in the HLS Office of Event Scheduling and Support. Before joining the HLS community, April was a research assistant for the sports agency, Symmetry Reps, and assisted with Rogers Review cases as a legal intern for the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services. Prior to beginning law school, April was a shooting guard on the Alfred University Division III Women's Basketball team, and interned for the New York State Office of the Attorney General: Court of Claims, the New York State Governor's Appointments Office, and the New York State Assembly. A native of New York State's capital region, April holds a J.D. from New England School of Law (Boston, MA) and a B.A. cum laude, in Psychology and Political Science, from Alfred University (Alfred, NY). April is admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
