Year Up enables motivated young adults to move from minimum wage to meaningful careers in just one year, by providing the skills, experience, and support they need to reach their full potential. Students spend the first six months learning in-demand technical and professional skills, focusing on one of five career pathways, before applying their skills during a six-month internship at Harvard. Throughout the program, students earn an educational stipend, and complete coursework eligible for college credits.

Year Up and Harvard have partnered since 2004. This winter, you can help support this partnership and the young adults of Year Up with necessary winter wear.

What we’re looking for: new winter hats and gloves. All sizes in male, female or unisex styles – neutral colors are preferred.
