Dear HLS Faculty and Staff,
HUIT will be migrating HLS VoIP Phone lines to an optimized service this Thursday, April 30th, from 10:00PM – 12:00AM.
Please expect the following migration impacts on Thursday from 10-12:
- HLS VoIP phone sets will reboot
- Calls in progress will be dropped (Calls that have been forwarded to a cell phone will not be dropped, but calls on the Jabber application will be dropped)
HUIT will be performing post migration validations to ensure that services have been restored. If you have any issues with your phone service on Friday, 5/1/2020, please contact the HLS ITS Service Desk at 617-495-0722 or via the Administrative Services Hub.
