Please be advised that Harvard Phone has received reports of sporadic issues with outbound calling from Cambridge, Boston and Brighton to certain numbers in the local area. The message received is, “…cannot complete the long-distance call as dialed”.
Verizon reported the problem is a widespread Verizon VoIP network issue and multiple Verizon customers are impacted.
The vendor is currently working on the fix. More information to come as it is provided.
