A Perspective on the Colombian Peace Process

After fifty years of armed conflict, peace talks are being conducted in Havana, Cuba, between the government of Colombia and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). King v. Burwell and the Future of the Affordable Care Act

Burwell, the Supreme Court will consider whether the Affordable Care Act permits the government to extend tax-credit subsidies to citizens of states that have chosen not to establish their own insurance exchange. The Murder of Vincent Chin: A Trial Reenactment

On June 19, 1982, Vincent Chin, a 27-year-old Chinese American, was beaten to death by two autoworkers amidst rising Asian American sentiment fueled by a declining auto industry. Chin was bludgeoned to death with a baseball bat on the night of his bachelor party and buried on what was supposed to be the day of his wedding.
