Supreme Court Moot: McKinney v. Arizona

O.H. Skinner, Solicitor General of Arizona, will be mooting his upcoming Supreme Court argument for McKinney v. Arizona. The case presents the constitutional question of whether courts must apply current law when deciding whether to impose a capital sentence. The event is co-hosted by the Federalist Society, American Constitution Society, and the Law Review. Dinner will be served.
