VDI Clinics is currently experiencing intermittent connectivity and login issues. When attempting to log in, clinical users are presented with a variety of error messages including: “Password Expired” and “Connection Not Available.” ITS is currently working with our VDI Clinics product vendor.
ITS will be bringing VDI Clinics offline at 3pm EST today to remediate this issue. This will disconnect all clinical users who are logged into VDI Clinics. Please save all work immediately, and prior to this time, as data loss could result if your connection to VDI Clinics is interrupted.
