The Cyberlaw Clinic is hiring teaching fellows for the 2021-2022 fall/spring semesters. Candidates must be a 2L or 3L student at Harvard Law School. Prior enrollment in the Cyberlaw Clinic/Cyberlaw Clinic Seminar course is required. Teaching Fellows will primarily be responsible for assisting the Clinic’s Directors and Clinical Instructors in teaching and mentoring students as they represent clients in a variety of legal matters in the areas of digital civil liberties; privacy and security; new media and online speech; government innovation; intellectual property; online safety; and tech and human rights, among others.
