The Student Note Competition provides a unique opportunity for law students to publish their work in HLPR, which is distributed to more than 6,000 lawyers nationwide, as well as congressional offices, judges, and other progressive decisionmakers. We are seeking policy-oriented pieces that are 4,000–13,000 words, shorter in length than a typical journal article. The deadline for submissions for the Summer 2017 issue is Friday, January 6th. Submissions should be sent to HarvardLPRSubmissions@gmail.com with the subject line “Student Note Competition.” If you have any questions, please contact Jina John at jjohn@jd17.law.harvard.edu.

The UCD Law Review is Ireland’s leading student-run legal journal and is seeking submissions. Articles for consideration for inclusion in the 17th Volume are to be submitted in word format to ucdlawreviewsubmissions@ucd.ie by the 24th March 2017. The email should contain the Author’s name, year of study or graduation, and contact details. The selection process is entirely anonymous so please do not include any indications of identity in the article.
