Join SJC Justice Dalila Wendlandt, Appeals Court Justice Kenneth Desmond, and a panel of law clerks and staff as they discuss what it’s like to clerk and the benefits of clerking from the standpoint of future employers. There will be a special focus on diversity and the role courts can play in increasing the representation of law clerks, attorneys, and judges of color.

More concretely, the strength of faculty recommendation letters can make or break applications for certain types of jobs, including judicial clerkships. All students participating in EIP are strongly encouraged to attend the EIP Prep program. Hear from Assistant Dean, Mark Weber, what to expect at EIP and during callbacks, steps you should be taking before EIP, and advice on how to succeed in the process. OCS advisors will also be on-hand to answer questions submitted in advance and during the program.
