HLS Rappaport Forum

HLS Rappaport Forum

On December 1, the Supreme Court will hear oral argument in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. The question presented will require the Court to determine whether to reaffirm or overrule, in whole or in part, its decisions in Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, which recognize a constitutional right to previability abortion. This Fall’s HLS Rappaport Forum will explore this vital question.

Join us December 2nd at 12:30pm.
