On Tuesday, May 14, photographer Martha Stewart will be taking pictures of HLS faculty and staff who would like a professional quality photograph (for Connections, LinkedIn or other purposes), free of charge.
Harvard Phone (VoIP) Maintenance 5/10-5/13/19
Beginning Friday, May 10th at 10:00 PM through Monday, May 13th at 7:00 AM, Verizon will complete scheduled maintenance on the Harvard VoIP system. At the same time, the VoIP phone directory will be replaced.

2019-2020 Milstein and Non-Academic Room Release
Beginning at 9am on Monday, April 29, the HLS community will be able to book Milstein spaces, in addition to all weekend space needs, for the 2019-2020 academic year (9/3/2019 - 8/9/2020). Please keep in mind that you will not be able to book classroom spaces on weekdays at this time.

Deadline Extended! Call for Nominations: Student Awards for the Class Day Award Ceremony
On Class Day, we recognize members of the HLS community who have made outstanding contributions during their time at the school. As part of the selection process, you may nominate multiple students for the various awards listed below. Please note that the deadline for submission is Friday, April 5 before 5:00 p.m. Awards will be presented to students on Wednesday, May 29 during the Class Day Ceremony.

Take the Stairs 2019! Join a Team!
Take the Stairs is an annual Harvard University wide team-based campaign to facilitate and support health through movement. The month-long campaign encourages participants not only to take the stairs instead of elevators, but challenges individuals to consider how they move throughout the day such as opting for active modes of transportation when possible, holding walking meetings, as examples.
