Spring RA Opportunity at the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation

The Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation (CHLPI) of Harvard Law School seeks a paid Research Assistant (RA). CHLPI is currently working with the Illinois Community Health Worker Association to conduct roundtable sessions with stakeholders regarding implementing a new state law that would promote, expand, and standardize the ability of community health worker services in the Illinois Medicaid program. These roundtables will inform recommendations for state policymakers, advising them on how the law can be implemented to support and sustain a diverse workforce and best address underserved communities’ needs. CHLPI is seeking to hire an RA to review and prepare transcripts from six 2-3-hour roundtable meetings for analysis. The RA will review transcripts in tandem with video recordings in order to reorganize transcripts according to the speaker and to correct text for errors where necessary.

No health law knowledge or experience is necessary.
Expected hours per week: 10, may vary depending on the work
Desired dates: This opportunity is expected to start as soon as possible and last through mid-May. All work will be conducted remotely
