Molly represents survivors and victims of gun violence in litigation. She also defends common sense gun regulations by representing municipalities whose laws are being challenged by the gun lobby.
Prior to joining Everytown, Molly was Counsel to Letitia James, Public Advocate for the City of New York, where she brought litigation to protect the civil rights of New Yorkers and to provide oversight of city government. She has also worked for Change to Win, a federation of labor unions, and South Brooklyn Legal Services (now Brooklyn Legal Services), where she represented low-wage workers in litigation against their employers. Molly also clerked for the Honorable Robert P. Patterson Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Daniel Winfree of the Alaska Supreme Court. She graduated with honors from Harvard Law School and Brown University.
