The deadline for applications for the Public Law Workshop is fast approaching on Thursday, October 31, 2019.
The Public Law Workshop reads cutting-edge scholarship on the legal and political foundations of constitutional law, interpretive practice, and the administrative state. Every week, a different scholar joins the Workshop to present her or his working paper. The seminar is conducted in workshop format, in discussion with the presenter. Instructor permission is required for enrollment. (This seminar is not open to 1Ls.)
Applicants should send a statement of interest and resume to Ellen Shapiro-Smith at email@example.com by October 31.
