At the European Court of Human Rights, Todd will work to help the Court enforce the European Convention on Human Rights, which aims to protect the human rights of all individuals in the member nations of the Council of Europe.. Todd will work in the research division and for Judge Ivana Jelić. While at Harvard, Todd pursued many writing opportunities related to international human rights by publishing in Opinio Juris and Lawfare. Todd was also on the boards of the Harvard European Law Student Association, Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association, and Harvard Law School Rule of Law Society. Todd interned at the European Parliament and the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization. Todd also received the Chayes Fellowship, the Heyman Fellowship, and the Dean’s Award for Community Leadership. Todd completed over 1,000 pro bono hours while at Harvard. Todd graduated cum laude from Harvard Law. For the 2021-2022 term, Todd clerked at the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Communications from American University. Before law school, Todd worked in digital media in New York City and Washington D.C. for five years.
