European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR)

Eva will work as a staff attorney at the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR), a Berlin-based nonprofit that uses strategic litigation to hold human rights abusers accountable. She will focus on ECCHR’s international crimes and accountability project and will help develop its emerging migrant-rights portfolio. Since graduation, Eva has been working as a law clerk to Hon. Edward C. Prado in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. At HLS, Eva interned at the Department of Justice’s Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section and at the Immigrants’ Rights project of the ACLU. She also served as co-president of the Harvard Immigration Project. She holds a B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from Yale University and is a PhD candidate in International History at the Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
