Professor Sonenshine seeks an RA

Prof Sonenshine will hire a student to work on a Case Book for Advanced Corporate Transactions (ACT), the upper level elective on M&A and Deals in the curriculum since 2016. Interested students should have taken Corporations (or have an LLM that includes the same) and have some experience in M&A / Corporate Finance.

The work will be to review existing source materials draft explanatory materials summarizing issues and trends in Deals based on ACT materials and some outside research. The topics are largely drawn from the ACT syllabus.
