Clinical Professor Daniel Nagin, Faculty Director of the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School, seeks RAs to work on a project relating to the legal history of veterans benefits and servicemembers’ rights. The project touches upon legislative history, administrative law, military justice, and civil rights, with a goal of understanding how today’s veterans access the rights and benefits they earn through service. Prior experience or interest in administrative law, military justice, legal history, civil rights, or anti-poverty work helpful but not required. Flexible time commitment.
