Professor Bill Alford seeks a Research Assistant to assist him on research for an article concerning the relative inattention to issues of disability in global poverty alleviation. The ideal candidate would be someone who has done work on both these issues and would be able to examine the track record on disability of key multilateral and national development agencies, as well as foundations. Work could commence this month and, depending on the RA’s availability, continue into the fall semester. Hours are flexible, with approximately 10 to 15 hours a week.
