Complete Your Self-Evaluation
Please complete your online self-evaluation by logging into PeopleSoft and clicking on My Performance. Please refer to the 2017 Performance Review Guide for Employees as your reference. (NOTE: FY17 goals must be entered and approved in PeopleSoft in order to access the online self-evaluation document.)
Review Manager Evaluation
After submitting your self-evaluation, your supervisor will complete and share your performance evaluation with you. Together, you and your supervisor should set a meeting to discuss your performance feedback and your goals/priorities for the upcoming year. Once you have met with your supervisor, please complete the online approval process using page 2 of the 2017 Performance Review Guide for Employees as your reference. All performance evaluations must be marked “complete” in PeopleSoft by end of day Thursday, June 1, 2017.
Who Should Complete the Annual Performance Review?
- All staff members hired before January 1, 2017 should have a completed annual review by the deadline.
- All staff members hired between January 1 – March 31, 2017 should complete the annual review by the deadline using the abbreviated summary form in PeopleSoft (which replaces the Orientation and Review form).
- Any staff member hired on or after April 1, 2017 should not complete the annual review process. Managers will provide formal performance feedback at the conclusion of the 90-day Orientation and Review period.
- Temporary staff, LHTs, and fellows do not participate in the annual review process.
