Optional Reading Group in Japanese Law

Should you have an interest in learning to read Japanese court opinions, please consider joining an optional reading group this current semester. We will be reading a classic Japanese Supreme Court case at the intersection of property law and the Japanese equivalent of equity. We will meet for one or two hours every Monday evening by zoom. There is no credit — but then there is no evaluation either, so consider it zero stress.
You will need some background in reading Japanese.
