Dear Members of the HLS Community,
The Event Management System (myrooms.law.harvard.edu) will be brought down for maintenance over the Labor Day weekend. Myrooms.law.harvard.edu will be unavailable for users to submit or change event reservations beginning at 5PM August, 31st and ending at 9AM on Tuesday, September 4th.
This maintenance reflects changes to ITS AV Services including minor updates to pricing, improved service descriptions, and the discontinuation of legacy services such physical media production and duplication (CD, DVD, BluRay). ITS is also discontinuing the discount model of pricing for AV equipment and service, adjusting prices where appropriate to reflect what they would be had the staff/student discount been applied. Event services and pricing confirmed before August 31st will not be affected by these changes. New reservations or alterations to previously confirmed services will reflect the new pricing.
