Lindsay Breedlove is a Senior Director at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical, a Bay Area biotechnology company that specializes in rare and ultra-rare diseases. She oversees the company’s litigation and investigations, serves as general counsel for the Asia Pacific region, and advises North American business units regarding regulatory and legal risk. Before joining Ultragenyx, Lindsay was a partner in Troutman Pepper LLP’s Life Sciences practice in Philadelphia, PA, where she litigated on behalf of key players across the healthcare innovation and delivery spectrum—from biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies, to healthcare providers.
Lindsay is an active HLS alumna, formerly leading the alumni association’s Philadelphia Club and currently serving as the President of the Harvard Law School Association that oversees and supports alumni engagement efforts around the globe. She also serves on the governing body of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation. Lindsay and her husband, David, are loving life outdoors in Northern California and welcomed their first child in February 2023.
