Dear Faculty and Staff,
This evening, May 5, 2020, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, HUIT Communication Services will complete an emergency change to resolve an identified Cisco bug affecting some Jabber mobile users’ ability to access the service.
During this change period Jabber service will not be interrupted, however new logon attempts will be unsuccessful. Following the completion of the change, access to the service using HarvardKey sign on will be restored.
