Cisco recently released a critical update to the Windows and Mac Jabber desktop client. If you use Jabber to answer your HLS phone from your Windows or Mac computer, please upgrade to the newest version of Jabber, 12.8.3, to patch a security vulnerability as soon as possible. The updated software can be found in the HLS software library.
Please note, this update does not apply to the Android and iPhone versions of Jabber.
