On September 24th, Information Technology Services will be moving to a new self-service ticketing system, the HLS Administrative Services Hub.

  • This Hub will replace the current ticketing system and email as avenues to contact ITS for services and issues
  • ITS will provide an icon on your desktop that launches the Administrative Services Hub
  • The Hub will provide increased visibility into your open tickets, and make it easier to directly contact the technician assigned to your ticket

We invite you to join us as we introduce this new system and collect feedback from our community.

ITS will be hosting four 1-hour information sessions, on Aug. 20th, Aug. 27th, Sept. 10th, and Sept. 17th from 11:30am – 12:30pm in the ITS conference room.
