HLS Faculty and Staff,
We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with Jabber services associated with Harvard Phone VOIP. We are working with our vendors and the issue has been escalated to the VP level within their organizations.
The most common issues include:
- Users are unable to log in and getting a “Username or password is incorrect” message
- Certificate waring indicating “Certificate Not Valid”
- Users are unable to connect to 1 or more Account/Services (Instant Messaging, Phone, Voicemail)
If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact the HLS ITS Service Desk and they can help you forward your phone or setup single reach until the issue has been fixed.
