To request a service from ITS, you can submit a ticket through the Administrative Services Hub.

  1. Go to hls.service-now.com/sp
  2. Click “Get Something”.
  3. Browse the Service Catalog and click on the service you would like to request.
  4. Fill in the form.
  5. Click “Order Now” to create the ticket. You will receive an email with your request number for reference.
  6. To check the status of your ticket, log into the Administrative Services Hub and scroll down to see your open tickets. Another way to view your open tickets from the Services Hub homepage is to click “My Tickets” at the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
