On Monday, September 24th, Information Technology Services will be moving to a new self-service ticketing system, the HLS Administrative Services Hub.
Beginning Monday, the Hub will replace the current ticketing system and email mailbox as avenues to contact ITS for services and issues. ITS will provide an icon on the desktop of your computer, to launch the Administrative Services Hub for one-click access to submit or view requests.
If your department’s webpage currently has links to the existing ITS ticketing system, please update those links to hls.service-now.com/sp
