Dear HLS Faculty and Staff,

Verizon will be performing Harvard VoIP Phone maintenance events that will impact Jabber and the online Harvard Phone Account Portal.

What is happening?
From Friday, August 6, 2021 at 11:00 PM through Sunday, August 8, 2021 at 11:00 PM the online Harvard Phone Account Portal will be unavailable to process changes. Jabber users will need to re-login in at the beginning and the end of the maintenance event. Please note VoIP phone service and phone settings (call forwarding and single number reach) will not be affected.

On Friday, August 13, 2021 at 11:00 PM through Sunday, August 15, 2021 at 11:00 PM Jabber users will need to re-login in at the beginning and the end of the event.
